 The answer is Lauren Burns!  Lauren Burns is best known for winning an Olympic gold medal in taekwondo when the sport made its debut at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.

Lauren has now joined the BFA Organic School Gardens Program as an ambassador and brings with her a wealth of knowledge as a qualified naturopath, nutritionist, and cookbook author.

Lauren, a mother of two, says that teaching children how to grow their own vegetables, prepare meals and understand about organic certification and standards to avoid the unseen chemicals used in most food consumed today is an incredible gift for this generation.
